Stranger takes picture of your child!

I’m asked this important question a lot… The legality of taking pictures of kids in public spaces can vary depending on country & local laws, but generally, it is LEGAL.

With all communities having predators & the rise of child trafficking it’s so important you’re aware of your surroundings. Child trafficking syndicates often stalk specific children based on specific characteristics. Taking pictures of kids can be the start of a future kidnapping. That’s not to scare you, it’s how trafficking syndicates work.

Don’t forget predators are using spy gadgets & technology to secretly film kids. Pics 2 & 3 are of a known paedophile caught using his smart watch to take pics on his smartphone positioned in his back shorts pocket.

Note: Sometimes it’s best to go straight to my below PS suggestion 😂

To try to get someone to delete pictures they took of your child, consider the following steps:

Important: MAKE SURE YOU or SOMEONE WITH YOU IS RECORDING VIDEO & TAKING PICTURES OF THE SUSPECT including THEIR VEHICLE (if any) & it’s registration number. Record & KEEP your ‘whole’ interaction with suspect for evidence. You could also have recorded the suspect from a past or future kidnapping, rape or sexual assault of a child.

1. Speak to the person directly & express your concern & that you’re uncomfortable with it.

2. Ask them to delete the pictures in front of you including from the deleted box & cloud storage. Watch them do it. Predators HATE confrontation especially in public spaces & more than likely will quickly disappear.

3. If the person refuses, maintain your composure & restate your request. Explain that you’re concerned about your child’s privacy & you will not leave until they delete.

4. If they still refuse to delete the pictures & you feel threatened… hint: **telling police over the phone you are ‘threatened’ will often prompt police to arrive**

Parents are also enabled by law to grant, deny and/or revoke consent for anything that relates to the child.

PS: If all else fails just lose your shit like the mum in the video. Tell them they will be all over social media warning the whole community. Do not touch them as police will probably charge you!
