A 5 yr old girl ‘s*xually assaulted’ in school playground by a group of boys in similar age.

The child’s devastated parent has spoken about the moment her daughter was surrounded by a group of boys before being attacked.

Parents at the public primary school in Sydney are demanding clearer answers. The girl was surrounded by a group of boys her age on the playground on March 7.

The mother claims the 5 yr old was “grabbed”, “forcibly removed” underwear, and “touched and scratched inside”.

“Her injuries were so severe that we had to take her to the hospital, where she needed local anesthetics to urinate for several days,”

The parent claimed teachers cleaned the blood from the child’s legs and clothes at the time but did not inform them of the incident.

On Sunday, police confirmed the investigation had concluded but no action was taken. Another parent from the school, said there has been inadequate supervision during playground time.

Firstly, this was an attack!!! Let’s not start playing down this as anything less. Sadly, child on child s*xual ab*se is very common, just not widely spoken about.

This case shows a failure by the school for not providing adequate outside supervision. If schools cannot provide adequate staffing so kids are safe & watched outdoors then close the school down.

The boys are too young by law to be prosecuted, but there must be some form of discipline (not arrest) to educate these boys that what they did is unacceptable, illegal & life changing for this girl.

Investigate the parents of the boys to ‘try’ & establish what the cause is… is there s*xual abuse at home, is someone at home accessing p*rn, which is a GIGANTIC contributor to child on child abuse.

Even in a case so disturbing as this, ‘body safety’ would go out the door. This was an attack & not a one on one grooming incident.

There’s no easy fix to this situation, but not showing these boys any discipline (which can be therapy & body safety education) will only allow them to think this is okay to do to other girls or women when they grow older.

This is really a horrific case & my thoughts are with this young girl & her family.
